We offer a bespoke design service for Hydraulic Power Units and Hydraulic Power Packs to suit the required flows and pressures of our clients.
We supply Hydraulic Power Packs to all industries manufactured, fully tested and certified from our factory in West Yorkshire.
Our design team have a wealth of experience and expertise in Hydraulic Power Pack design and are used to working with clients to fulfil the requirements of their specifications, and working environments.
ATEX and EEXD requirements
Hydraulic Power Units can be Electric motor driven or Diesel Engine driven and can be designed to work in hazardous environments and meet requirements including ATEX and EEXD requirements.
We design skid mounted Hydraulic Power Packs and Hydraulic Power Units with ‘Bump Frame’ and ‘Oil Bund’ for safety, lifting and spill protection.
Electrical Hydraulic Power unit control
We offer full electrical control of the hydraulic power units if required with start/stop control panel which we also manufacture in house here at Denley.
Hydraulic power Unit on site installation
Denley Hydraulic Power Packs (Hydraulic Power Units) are designed and tested in accordance with our strict quality assurance plan which is qualified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 . We also offer Hydraulic power pack on site installation and operator training as well as commissioning and after sales servicing by our own team of site engineers and test engineers.
We maintain ownership of all Hydraulic Power Units right through to sign off and handover to our clients to ensure all functions are tested and working and fully understood.
